Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Please note: During collection launches, sales, or holiday periods, processing may take up to 5 business days due to higher order volumes.
Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post.

Customs & Import Fees:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their local authorities. SALT THE LABEL is not responsible for these charges or for any delays caused by customs processes.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking link to become active.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us at aubreydav@outlook.com with your order number.
Delays & Lost Packages
We do our best to ensure timely delivery, but please note that SALT THE LABEL is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your order appears lost or delayed, please reach out to our team — we’ll help you investigate with the courier.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
If your item is marked as pre-order or made-to-order, please note that additional processing time will apply.
